Who We Are

We are Lenny Henri CBFSc (Hons)* and Sascha Baron Cohen CMFSc (Hons)**, official food advisors and (unofficial) taste testers for our humans' home cooking. Our jointly held belief; that good food must be shared, is the inspiration behind the de Underdawgs Authentic Home Cooking, Recipe Book.

Our main roles include recording recipes and providing quality control. We watch every step of the process intently, mentally recording every detail of each dish to ensure our recipes are accurate. Every ingriedient is sniffed out from the finest sources and each recipe has been developed with patience, love and care, which helps to guarantee an aromoatic, flavoursome meal that will satisfy eveyone in the family.
