Dandelion Root Tea
Instructions:
Dig up 3 large dandelion roots. Ensure the plants are from areas free from pesticides and pet waste.
Remove stems, leaves and flower heads (rinse these and keep these for future use)
Pre-heat the oven to 250 °C.
Rinse the roots in cold water to remove dirt until the water runs clear.
Rinse the roots in cider vingar, giving them a final rinse under the cold tap to remove any vingar and leave to dry
Finely dice the roots and rinse one final time in cold water.
Cover a baking tray with tine foil and evenly spread the finely chopped roots across the tray.
Place tray in the oven, leaving the door ajar a little to let the moisture out, for approximately 2 hours.
Leave to cool then store in an airtight container for use as needed.
To make a brew simmer a small handful of dried dandelion root in a pan along with a few dandelion heads, strain and serve.

Honey & Lemon Tea

Coconut Crush
Instructions:
Add creamed coconut to the pitcher then add small amounts of coconut water to form a thinner and thinner paste, until all the coconut water is used.
Juice the lemon and lime and add the juice to the pitcher, ensuring all pips are removed.
Add the fresh orange and pineapple juice.
Slice lemon and lime and add to the pitcher (keep a couple of slices back for your glasses)
Moisten glass rims and dip in a bed of sugar.
Fill glasses 1/2 full with crushed ice and pour over mixture.
Add a straw and silce of lemon or lime to the glass rim and serve immediately.

crushed ice
