Chili, Garlic & Ginger
Ingredients:
Passata, Tomato Purée, 1 Knorr Chilli Stockpot, 1-2 red Chillies, 1 Diced Onion, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Stem of Root Ginger, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.
Cooking Instructions:
Finely chop garlic, chillies and ginger and fry in a saucepan with a litte olive oil, on a gentle heat, until softened.
Add chillie paste, tomatoe puree, passata, 100 ml of water, season, stir and simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes.
